As project managers, Metro helps our non-profit, governmental and for-profit clients keep projects on tract or get them back on track. This work includes:
- Soliciting, evaluating, negotiating and monitoring design and construction contracts
- Preparing, monitoring and tracking project budgets, cash flow projections and project schedules
- Performing site inspections
- Providing oversight and supervision of project development team members, including architect, contractor and other consultants
- Coordinating, securing and requisitioning project capital from various public and private sources
- Managing project close-out activities
